CRITERIA FOR JKAA INSTRUCTOR ACCREDITATION
INSTRUCTOR ACCREDITATION
By Japan Karate Association of Australia(JKA) Pty Ltd
Level 1:
- (a) To hold J.K.A rank of NIDAN Diploma.
(b) To have acted as assistant instructor in a registered Dojo for 2 years.
(c) To have approval of the State Organization as a suitable candidate.
Level 2:
- (a) To hold J.K.A rank of SANDAN Diploma.
(b) To hold a first aid certificate from a recognized provider. i.e. St.Johns or A.S.M.A.
(c) To have the approval of the National Organization as a suitable candidate.
Statement:
It is understood that to maintain the high standards of J.K.A. Technique, that Accredited Instructor will take every opportunity to attend instruction by the Chief Instructor.
Maintenance of Accreditation:
(Renewable) Every 2 years.- (a) To have completed training in one National Seminar and one State Seminar within the 2 year period.
(b) To have attended sessions conducted by the Chief Instructor twice each year in their region.
(c) To have complied with the rules and requirements of J.K.A.A.
